Analyzed over 110K flight and passenger records in MySQL to calculate critical KPIs (Load Factor, Completion Rate, Route Profitability). Identified the top 20% of routes contributing 60%+ of passenger volume for operational optimization.
Developed advanced navigational dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, along with detailed Excel trackers, to provide dynamic insights into passenger, seasonal, and airport trends.
Recommended data-driven actions to improve flight schedules, seat utilization, and revenue performance, translating complex analysis into actionable business strategy.
